Brochure

In another activity, the teacher decided that the topic of the brochure would be advertising a higher education institution, similar to SENA (preferably as if it were a competitor), offering the Software Analysis and Development program. The students must “sell” that institution through the brochure. They will create a name for the institution, showcase the program’s features, price, and every possible point in the document that helps promote the program. The brochure can be either printed or digital. It can be bi-fold or tri-fold. They must write it using their own ideas. The brochure should include: the institution’s name, the program name, program features, location, city, address, and phone number, as well as a description of the program. The brochure must be very creative.

To complete this activity, I used a real university brochure as an example and tried to replicate its style in terms of layout and content description.

I decided it was best to start with the aesthetic design so that, in the end, I would only have to write the text. Here is the preliminary design:

Then I proceeded to write the text and add images. To add a bit of humor, I came up with a fictional name for the neighborhood where the imaginary institution is located. What do you think of the final result?
